Caffe Luna Rosa has a storied past. It was opened by Fran Marin-cola, a second-generation food connoisseur. Fran’s father was in the food business and taught his son all about the importance of high-quality ingredients and delectable discernment in both food quality and excellence in service.

Fran never looked back – he moved forward with the gusto of a fierce wind. in 1993 when they first opened their doors they were the only Italian restaurant on Atlantic Avenue. Not only were they the first of its kind in Delray, but they have the advantage of being serenaded by the graciousness and gentility of the Atlantic Ocean.

And, what better way to enjoy life than to sit outside and be dazzled by the sea or sit inside and enjoy the insular beauty of its wood-panelled surroundings.
