“Stamm Development Group (SDG) Expands Yet Again, and Introduces New Luxury Real Estate Brokerage

The streets of Delray are paved with gold you could say. This is not to be taken literally but as a metaphor for its lush natural resources, nightlife, restaurants, parks and of course, luxury real estate.

It is also the site for growth of one of the most distinguished – and prolific – real estate development companies, Stamm Development Group (“SDG”).

SDG is never satisfied with the status quo; they always aim high to achieve a goal and then rise above it with another quest for greatness.

That is why they recently opened a Boutique Luxury Real Estate Brokerage called SDG Real Estate (“SDG|RE”).

This new entity is just one of their five vertically integrated companies, that make up their real estate development company, construction company, shell contracting company, title company and luxury real estate brokerage.

According to their Director of Sales (and Broker of Record) John R. Hackett, this complex of divisions allows SDG to create lasting relationships with clients. “Our relationship does not stop when a client’s home is finished. We now have the ability to apply our expertise of buying and selling luxury real estate to them, and to their network of friends and family,” said Hackett, who has over 25 years of experience in development sales, commercial and luxury residential real estate sales and marketing across South Florida.

Hackett has worked in some of the most storied real estate companies in South Florida and comes from a real estate family based in Boca Raton, where he was born.

“This accomplishes the goal of building relationships with clients in such a way that we can help with the listing or selling of their home before or after introducing them to the services we offer as a construction and development-based organization; as well as the purpose of a new home going forward,” said Hackett.

SDG|RE was born to compliment SDG’s luxury residential development projects, and now offers an elevated alternative to traditional real estate services in one of the country’s finest luxury markets. It is important to note that while the motivation behind creating SDG|RE was to enhance the sale of SDG product, SDG|RE sales are not limited to SDG developed products. They also offer their services to buyers and sellers of luxury real estate outside of the SDG umbrella.
