Two 18-hole putting courses are built entirely with synthetic turf, incorporating fairways, bunkers, and rough, just as you would see on a traditional golf course. PopStroke offers an experiential golf and casual dining concept, merging a dynamic, technologically advanced golf environment with food and beverage. The story of PopStroke began long before the opening of Delray Beach and starts with their Palm Beach County-based Founder, Greg Bartoli. Greg’s vision was to create a dynamic, interactive mini-golf and entertainment experience that brought everyone together regardless of age, background, or skill level. Greg’s first go at this was another Palm Beach County hotspot, Lighthouse Cove, founded in 2013 in Jupiter. Much like PopStroke in its current form, Lighthouse Cove is a place that brings the entire family together, across generations, to enjoy not just mini golf but also a lively atmosphere with music, great food, a sports bar, an abundance of TVs, a playground, and ice cream.
Fast forward to March 2019, the first PopStroke venue opened in Port St. Lucie, Florida; since then, five additional locations have opened across the state of Florida. Delray Beach marked the brand’s 9th location and became an instant hit with locals and visitors alike. When guests arrive, they can choose between playing golf or eating at the restaurant. The menu features a variety of appetizers, pizza, salads, and a kids’ menu. They also offer an extensive wine, cocktail and beer list. There are 24 flavors of ice cream, and some of the signature milkshakes include Ultimate Cookies & Cream, Peanut Butter Perfection, S’mores Me, and Strawberry Delight.
