For the past three years, Amanda Perna and Skye Dyer have been transforming Delray Beach into a haven for moms, kids, and home décor enthusiasts with their boutique, A Little Wyld.
As A Little Wyld boutique celebrates their third anniversary in business, the community is invited to join in the festivities on September 14th from 11 am to 6 pm. The celebration will feature special discounts and delightful treats.
A Little Wyld has quickly become a beloved spot on the Avenue, offering unique brands for children and their parents that aren’t available anywhere else. Amanda and Skye’s commitment to exceptional customer service has made their store a local favorite.
“Our dream is simple: to infuse the bliss of childhood into every product and shopping experience,” the owners said.
After being introduced by a mutual friend and feeling like they have known each other for a while, Amanda and Skye realized that they had the opportunity to use their shared passion for family, fashion and fun to make a positive impact in their local community.
Both owners bring a wealth of experience to the table with backgrounds in fashion and in the arts. Skye has worked at many boutiques and has always loved to dress and style customers. She is also a jazz singer who has toured around the world singing with her father. Amanda went to fashion school, then worked for Oscar de la Renta and Calvin Klein. She was also on Project Runway and has her own clothing line called House of Perna, and a studio in Pineapple Grove.
“As moms to young kids, professional artists, and active members in Delray Beach, we agreed that even though we adore our community, it was missing something that parents to young children were craving – a place to come play, explore, shop, and create lasting memories,” they said.
A Little Wyld offers a diverse range of products, from stylish children’s clothes to fashionable dresses for moms, as well as home dé-cor and unique gifts. They also provide convenient online shopping, complimentary gift wrapping, and even car-side delivery to make shopping easier for busy parents, so they don’t have to disturb their little ones.
“There wasn’t a kids store in Delray anymore, and we both have children. We wanted a place where moms can shop and get things for our little ones,” said Amanda.
“We offer a happy place for moms and their children. All of our employees who work in the store really enjoy finding our customers what they are looking for,” added Skye.
Their boutique is known for offering new and emerging clothing labels, such as Rock Your Baby, and prides themselves on focusing on their customers.
“We love Delray Beach and are proud to be here We have so many amazing local clients and are happy to be able to do this,” said Amanda.
“When people come to visit the store, we can tell what their style is and we try to purchase brands that people love,” added Skye.
