The holidays were pretty hectic, but now they are behind us. Hopefully, you’ve had time to recharge and recover throughout January because you will need all your energy to prepare for a crazy, busy month in February.
The weather is still fabulous, and our City is thriving with activity. We have exhibitions, tribute bands, Arts, festivals, the Superbowl, Valentine’s Day, President’s Day, and so much more! Grab a pen and mark some dates on your calendar!
The First Friday Art Walk is on February 7th. It’s a night to stroll and explore Downtown Delray Beach’s art scene. The tour is self-guided, so take it at your own pace.
“ICONS of ART Italian Mosaic Portraits” is a new exhibition opening on February 15th at The Cornell Museum. It features one-of-a-kind, hand-crafted portraits of famous personalities, including Madonna, Sophia Loren, Amy Winehouse, David Bowie, and more.
Game, Set, Match – For the Love of tennis, don’t miss out on the Delray Beach Open. You won’t find Fault on Court with the Singles & Doubles Matches taking place for The World’s Only 10-Day ATP 250 & Legends Event. Add to the mix the Expanded Delray Beach Open Food & Wine Series; it sounds to me like we should take Advantage of this Win–Win event!
Friday, February 21st is the 2nd MYAF – the Multicultural Youth Arts Festival at Old School Square. It’s in honor of Black History Month, where you can enjoy live bands, singing, dancing, drumming, and spoken word presentations
